PayPal "We couldn't verify it's you"
 
After buying a VCC here and adding it instructed by the seller, I tried sending money and instead of giving the "Quick Verify" It comes up with this error...

I want a refund from the original seller and I also want to know is there a way to go around this?? cause when I click the "We can help" it instructs me to call PayPal etc.

The thing is since this account is under my brother's name with SSN etc. I personally called them before with my OG account, I don't wanna go off and talk if I'm my brother as they can probably trace the voice tone and calls are recorded??

Has anyone been in this situation and can they suggest what I should do??

Cause I see no limit of any kind actually, seems they just want me to call them...

Also working on eBay if anyone was wondering, added tracking ID to all orders and now I'm just playing the waiting game..

I guess it's something related to your IP or device you're using.

Ahh really??

I'm in another country right now so it might make sense and the account is U.S

BUT

How do I go about this then? I just use a VPN and that should work??

I got ExpressVPN so maybe that might do the trick??

And if I use ExpressVPN and try to send, would they get suspicious since I'm logging in from another IP within seconds?? Would anything happen??

Need the answer for this, please respond

ExpressVPN is certainly NOT the way to go about it. Those IP addresses are abused and recycled - they only add more trouble.
If anything you need a clean and dedicated IP address such as those offered by IPburger and 24vc.

As soon as i made it but it's not an actual phone number, it's a phone number off an iPhone App that i would like to keep unknown.

Any suggestions??

AND HOW DO I GET MY REFUND??? THE SELLER ISNT RESPONDING....

I was just playing when I said the quality here for what sellers sold was bad but man it seems I hit it right on the spot after all?...

Like about two days ago and he has a thread in the Market Section so i would say yes he is an authorized seller.

But he can't even write proper English and i don't even know what he is saying at all...

Ok out of trying something out, i tried to apply for PayPal Credit Card and i didn't get approved...

I'm literally out of ideas now, i can't believe it's this hard and it has an SSN..

I thought to get the SSN was gonna be the hardest part but little things like a Phone # under the same name etc is killing me...

I literally called and it took like 2 hours and a half on the waiting line and my line couldn't hold it anymore and.. hanged up... wow Paypal...

I would say ( against what others have said) Using a VPN might help although it could be risky as the IP you will be using could be blacklisted already by PayPal and that could lead to further problems. In the past I had used VPN and it really helped me gain access to my account when out of town.

The VPN providers you mentioned are not good. Try to find VPN provider who has 1)large pool of IPs. 2) Provider who change their IPs each year. I don't want to mention here names. but you can do little research and you will find reliable suppliers.


It's essential as well to try use the same PC/ Laptop you used to use to login.

Yeah and that's what I did, I used the same PC/Laptop and phone... This is annoying

But if i call PayPal on the behalf of my brother will they limit??

I have to respectfully disagree here. Unless you're using VPN's that guarantee you a fresh IP you are playing russian roulette with a pool of IP's that have likely been used on eBay and Paypal for really sketchy things. If you really want to use a VPN, get one that will give you access to a fresh IP. Otherwise you are rolling the dice and are at the mercy of whoever else is using them.

HEY EVERYONE< UPDATE!!!

Seems i called PayPal and they helped me out, i was able to send $100 to one of my suppliers without any problem :)

Here's tips for you guys:

1. Make sure the Rep your talking to is a FEMALE!! If it's a male your not really gonna get your way, Females are nicer and are inclined to help you out (has to do with female traits i think)

2. The lady rep said that all i needed to do to overcome the "Quick Verify" by sending is to verify by adding a bank account with the name on the PayPal and thats! It doesn't fully verify since you would need also a Card+Phone with user name on it but sending limits should be gone when verifying by bank.

3. If problems still persist make sure you call PayPal and don't touch anything in the account (money) until doing so.

4. Also my PayPal is not a stealth as it has real info like address and SSN etc.
