Need advicei
 

I had a payapl attached to a backup ebay that I was slowly seeding. $58 in 3 months and then paypal asked for SSN, so I immediately attached an EIN and they immediately asked for proof of business address, inc papers , etc. So I said what the heck and just ignored it thinking the paypal was toast. I owed like $10 in ebay fees and thought I would just pay with gift card when it came due. Well yesterday paypal paid the $10 ebay fees from the $58 in the account.

My question is what does that mean, is the paypal still good even though I never sent in the stuff they asked for. I logged in a few minutes ago and the dreaded red dot with a 5 in the middle is still asking for all of that info.

Probably not. eBay routinely takes payments out of limited PP accounts. Only way to tell is to try accepting a payment.
