Ebay is reinstated and back to normal with adyen
 

Thank goodness for ebay payment system as my ebay got reinstated few years back I was put of luck due to PayPal being suspended and using authorize.net for payments. Sales dropped considerably and after being invited for the new payment adyen the sales went back to normal. I think there rates are better to so overall will save.

My question is PayPal and adyen wont do any digging up my PayPal suspension will they and cut me off?

Time for me to list each item with care and have one ong one account till the end!!!

It’s all very new so we just have to see how it develops

It’s very very unlikely that they will see details about you being limited on PayPal though.

That's very good news. I'm glad it wont bring my past and affect adyen status. Just have to be extra careful and diligent as second chance may be my last.


I used to think PayPal was gonna be huge since they were one of the pioneers of instant funds transfer , then when I saw my account be suspended (I had good case to fight it and they wouldnt budget) I saw lot of loopholes in their system. Which led me to believe PayPal will be break down. Guess my vision was correct.

I think people are missing one obvious problem with Adyen.

They are NOTHING like PayPal where you can just sign up using "stealth" details.

Since Adyen is accepting credit cards, they are going to be at least as strict as any merchant bank processor for underwriting. At the bare minimum that means supplying a real identity for the purpose of running a bank level credit check (at least in the USA) along with the standard AML/KYC checks.

Sign up was a breeze if you have non stealth account. I just filled in my name and ss and deposit and that was that. As for stealth I dont think you can bypass the ss tax I'd #.

Actually there is indeed a method (actually two I know of) for bypassing 2fa for PayPal (and other sites) but it's not something that will be shared here.

Security is not as infallible as you might think, just not openly discussed for obvious reasons.

I don't think you have to be invited anymore. I'm just wondering how to get my stealth account on it since my paypal on that account was limited.

I guess it was more of upcoming timeline message they sent me and let me know my authorize.net wont work on march and need to update my payment plan. So I clicked on the ebay payment plan and was the most easiest merchant account ever.

Social security and then checking account and next day I was approved and sales grow 10x

Now gonna keep both accounts and watch every listing. Just like getting a traffic ticket I now drive like a granny.

I don't guess you have any set up with stealth info? They seemed happy to take my EIN and only wanted me to include the last 4 of the social on the beneficial owners which are stealth information. I haven't sent anything through yet because they are going to want my checking info next and that is set up under my name. I think I will be changing it to a DBA account just in case. I guess they will either verify it or they won't.

Yeah it's been years since I got banned from ebay I dont know why but this is more exciting then my regular work I do as a graphic artist. Maybe its cause when I did ebay it was whole lot of fun and brought good memories. I'm sure you all remember your first sale and it was exciting. Well, one thing for sure is reading all emails ebay sends out because ebay changes so much their policies change quickly too. When I got axed 2012 it was due to shipping dsr and could have prevented if read the messages carefully.

The fact that eBay doesn't care if you get suspended by PayPal tells me that Adyen won't either.

It's good news to people using their real info, no doubt ,but I dont see how it's good for stealth accounts. I would imagine things are a little more strict with adyen? I'm hoping for the best

For some reason many have done stealth from beginning and theres always some way that opens. I'm sure experienced stealthers already know but aren't sharing :)

I'm sure there is.
The adzen will benefit me ..but only on an account in my own name. I'm stoked about that part because it removes tax limitations. As far as stealth..I could possibly suck very bad

What I'm curious is that since my PayPal was gone and ebay is good . I was able to still get on adyen. So for stealth, (might open one up once I'm extra careful splitting between my legit account) wouldnt it be possible you can sign up with adyen since they wont do like PayPal background check.
