Would Unused PayPal work with eBay to avoid 21 day hold?
 

Can a PayPal with supposedly no Limits override the eBay 21 day hold??

I got another legit PayPal that has an SSN, Bank, Credit Card, Street Address etc.

My eBay is actually in the below standard cause of a buyer doing a false return.

Thing is I never used this PayPal before for selling on eBay and I wanted to know if the 21-day hold would be activated if i used this PayPal and the items are sold in the $65 mark??

eBay can still request PayPal to hold the funds (at least that is how it works in the UK)

Yes, they'll still put the 21 day hold on it. At least expect it.

So then the whole point is to just sell with it till the 21-day hold goes away for 90 days??

I have tried that. Doesn't matter if the PayPal account is established. Ebay is the one making the 21-day request. No way around it.

What if i called and tried to reason with them about it, would it help any??

My OG PayPal had no 21 limit hold but it seems from the info here,

It's just based on growing the PayPal with the eBay account??

I mean i would just add the PayPal to the listings and not the actual eBay itself.
