GoBank isn't technically a bank, its a prepaid card issued by a third party. They just happen to provide a Routing/Account Number.
FYI, I don't recommend people use these types of cards/accounts with mismatch name deposits. Just because some allow for mismatch name deposits now, doesn't mean they will forever. This has been the case with A LOT of these Prepaids, eventually they figure it out and block mismatch name deposits.

There are a ton of non-bank products (mostly prepaid card) out there but they are NOT a real bank at all. PayPal has the vast majority of them blacklisted. In addition, if by some off chance you can use such a product with PayPal, if the names don't match it's going to be a problem.

A REAL bank that you can actually go into visit. Any of the major ones work fine: Wells Fargo, BofA, Chase, Citi, US Bank, Rabobank, and tons of Credit Unions. Take your pick.
