Sales on hold...
Ebay account and PP pretty old, over 5 years, but...I have few refunds in recent days, that I did myself (no lost cases) the goods were sent wrong, damaged, and two people opened cases for goods that didn't arrived on time they wanted. One case is going to be resolved in my favor (goods arrived), other is fresh new.
Today, every item that is sold is on hold on PP...they say I have to wait one day after the item arrives. Since it is coming from China, I have to wait for every sale for about a 15-35 days, which is a lot, and it's hard to finance that. Any good ideas what to write them/ call them?
Maybe I can live one month, but it smells that acc will be blocked, and I have to wait for 6 months to clear the blocked money. |
