"Update of your paypal funds" not receiving updates

Hello,
Have couple EU accounts, they are permanently limited. Since they was limited, "Status of your paypal funds" email was received, and another update emails was coming every month. Usually after 1-2 months funds was released on another accounts. Now within the last 2 months I didn't receiving any emails of paypal about my balance hold.
Is this a glitch on paypal? Anyone else having this issue now?
