Bit confusing what you said! eBay restricted your wife account but you want to make another one under her name right?
If you already registered her full details on ebay (name + DOB _ Address etc) then why do you think they won't know who she is on second attempt? Wouldn't it get restricted again?
Do you know why she got restricted by ebay? Did they send you a message explaining reason? which they usually do...
Reason I say this is because eBay has a habit now of restricting new accounts even when you supply genuine documents. They do this as a security measurement and require account holder to call them. Call takes 2 or 3 minutes, they ask you simple questions and then your account is reactivated.
So maybe your wife's first account is still okay but all you have to do is call them (wife calls being a female)
In simple English.... when you have a new ebay account and you list your first item eBay sometimes restricts that account. They also say things like your account has been closed. Once you call them up and answer few simple questions like name/address/date of birth, they will ask you what you are selling, where did you buy it from and if you have this item physically. When you answer all above then your wife account will be reactivated. |
