Yeah some will let you ENDORSE it (google it). Becareful Paypal has been blacklisting addresses in there system change the address back after you do the check incase, if they blacklist your address you will never get your check and they will steal your money.

Of course you can, most if not all banks allow deposits, they might not cash it, but they will let you deposit it and some might hold funds until the check clears. Standard banking procedures.

I have done so a few times. I wouldn't do it for BOA. Wells Fargo is far more lenient imo.

Most banks will no longer allow third party checks at the counter.

HOWEVER, you can deposit through an ATM and that will usually work, a human doesn't touch those any more so you can bend the rules a little.

Don't spend the money until you're sure it won't come back on you somehow.
