Provide purchase reciept from your supplier
 

Hey, my paypal recently got limited and they are asking me for the purchase receipt from my supplier.
"You'll need to provide a receipt of your purchase or original receipts from your supplier for the items you sell to your buyers. These receipts should mention your purchase or procurement of items.

Your documents need to be valid and legible.
The submitted information on the documents must correspond with the information on your PayPal account.
Your documents shouldn't be older than 6 months.
We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy."

I bought this from bestbuy over 6 months ago so the documents are over 6 months old, not sure if that would be an issue. Another possible issue is this was one of those refund items from bestbuy so they refunded it for me. Not sure if they would call and ask about the order so idk if that would matter.
another possible issue is the shipping information is my son's because this was one of his games. My billing information is correct tho

Can yall give me advice on how to move forward?

hey bro, This is so simple situation. Just find some website related to your selling items. And put that details as you supplier. Then create invoice with some headings logos in website. you can use simple invoice creator online. and print out the invoices then scan and send. This worked for me many times.
