PayPal update security?!

Hello everybody

Anyone have problems like me right now with PayPal security?

I always get error We can't sent right now try later.

What's going? Or i get quick security check with phone but I already lost my phone and I can't access. Any solutions?

using residential ip, clearing cookies and changing your browser should solve your problem
also note the type of payment, the source of funding
