paypal virtual terminal

does anybody have experience with paypal virtual terminal?

i was thinking of taking in $500-1000 dollars per account a month on it.....and wanted to know if their are rolling reserves for at the beginning?

I have experience, on real account. There are no reserves and withdrawal instantly.
However in the very first month of the account, if the amount you processed are more than usual, they will freeze and ask for docs. But I showed them a website of company, and docs.

To withdraw in the beginning takes 3days but for some reason now its same day if withdraw early in the day, or the next day.
