How to get the capability to send funds instantly?
 

Hello,
My original paypal account is dying (limited, they want all kinds of info, etc), so Im moving on to a new one. The problem is, I need to know how to make the new paypal account have the capability to send funds to someone immediately by checking or debit and not just give me the option to send an echeck as the only method.

What do I have to do? I tried to send someone money from my fiance's paypal acct and it only let me send it through from the checking account as an echeck (3-5 days) even though he has a his debit card and checking account added and he is verified.

On my old account I sent ppl money all the time and it was always instant.

Basically, you haven't yet earned their trust on a new account or if you're severely limited, on that account either. Paypal does look at your past history and draw any links possible. You've either done something somewhere that tripped their security and--guilty or innocent--you have to live with it. OR you're just too green yet. Either way, there's little you can do but wait.
