Questions about a US PayPal Account
 

Hey,
I've been reading all this stuff about "Claim it" and SSN's etc. I sell clothes on a website called Grailed and PayPal has constantly fvcked me over with limits etc.
It has to be a business account for Grailed.

So I'm going to be using a stealth account preferably located in the US for my sales. It has to be a business account so I'm wondering if it is still going to be a complex process etc.

If my PayPal has a VCC attached and is using a US fresh IP will I be able to send payments to other accounts? or will I need to have a bank account attached and ID verified. If the latter, will a VBA work or will I need to use an actual US based bank account?

If the above no longer applies, would it be better to use a Canadian stealth account?
