Access PayPal through VPN

Does anyone else experienced this issue while trying to access PayPal through stealth/VPN Accounts?

It seems to happen with all my accounts:/

Which VPN are you using? And no.. never happened before

It looks more like the VPN/proxy you're using is blocking CSS/images/javascript of the page

Using NordVPN which I know is not the recommended one, but so far nothing similar came up!

Maybe it's a hint to turn to UPBurger...

That looks like the way the Paypal page loads on a slow connection. There is a still a login feature. Not sure if Nord is good to try to use PP or any major service though, since the IPs are shared so may already be burned for accessing important services. However, considering they are the largest VPN provider at the moment, they may be whitelisted by some services.

I managed to make this work, NordVPN has a new feature called CyberSec and I had to disable it.
