PayPal new Policy Country Specific ?
 

is this "Identity Verification" they asking for or just account level verification like added Visa Card or bank account and verified that ?

if this is "Identity Verification" Level like submitting ID and Proof address in order to spend your balance this is really bad . but if this all about account level verification like added CC or bank account then that's OK for me

also is this policy target specific country or WW ? I can't seems to find this policy on EU paypal term of use !

It's a USA update.

Like I replied in the other thread we were talking in, I haven't seen any mention of this update on non-USA accounts. Only time will tell if Paypal starts requiring more extensive verification in the rest of the world, but for now, they're only talking about USA.

Regardless of the policy updates, each country tends to be a little different.

The basics of stealth is the same which is good and can be applied mostly to any account.

Depending on the country, it's the little tweaking that's needed to make things work as policy changes.
