If I call paypal to track my account and provide them with the name on it and the SSN linked could they technically find it?
Would their rep even allow me to tell them my SSN?

Also, are premade paypal accounts recommended?

Are there any recommendations to make a "safe" paypal without having to provide real info?

I dont think it is a good idea to not provide real information.
Paypal would send 1099 form if you have 200 transactions and $20,000 in a year.
one copy goes to IRS
