Claim it feature SSN+DOB added but still problem
 

Hello, i have attached SSN + DOB to unlock claim it feature but it has not unlocked money, i have there 400+ usd and when i click again to claim it it shows me only the option to withdraw to the bank nothing else but i dont have vcc attached to the account, is there anybody who has the same situation ?

maybe you entered a wrong digit on your ssn. since this is a real account with real info just give paypal a call

I have several accounts like this last year. You have to call in, get the account unlocked and reenter it. Then after a few days, it will ask again and then after a few months. Yes, you will get asked 3-4 times.

why not just add your bank account to withdraw? It's the easiest solution

Just got it now AGAIN after adding it to this account multiple times. Closed out the notice and it is gone. Log out and back in and still gone.

Maybe they'll fix the page flow once this goes official on March 29th or whatever date they keep mentioning in emails. :noidea:

I can say this is a lot better than last September and October. This notice at least says you can withdraw to bank where in the past year, they did not let you do anything with the balance.

I do have an EIN account the request articles of corporation on. No limitations but the red explanation and request. We have ignored it so far with no negative effects. It is a real account in our real name so no big deal if we need to upload it..But most people dont make such accounts. Im assuming a simple edit will work just fine if needed.
