New Paypal Stealth Account

I've created a new Paypal personal stealth account and confirmed a Tracfone I just bought. I have a fresh bank account to use and attach. This is my first personal stealth attempt since having my business paypal account limited last week. I plan on starting out slow ... does this sound like a sound plan of attack to get back on paypal? :lol:

I sold a couple high priced items ($600 to $700) when most of my products and services are between $49 and $200. They said they noticed a change of activity on my account and requested ID. When I sent that they perm limited the account (I had a personal account limited a few years ago so I got an EIN for this account but the ID probably linked me). I deal in Racecar parts as well as remote and onsite tuning services.
