Transfer Money From Bank
 

So I think I may have just ****ed myself but want to check here first. I just went to transfer my money from PayPal to my bank account but accidentally transferred from my bank to my PayPal. My bank has my legit name obviously which is banned but my PayPal is legit SSN confirmed thru my mate. Will PayPal see my name and suspend the account? This is the first time but I know once is all it takes

I believe they'll need to a manual review in order for the account to be limited.
Assuming the account is clean there will be no reason for such a review.
You should be fine but I wouldn't be doing tat again.

as long as it has been linked prior,Paypal does not check name o r names,but if it is a large amount,it may review it.

but how did you manage to link your bank account associated with the banned paypal account to this new Paypal account?

It was a fresh bank account but was not sure if they could see the name on the account. The amount was very small

I dont get it,you have a bad PAYPAL account so you open a new Paypal account using your mate 's SS number?
so what is the name of the PAYPAL account,yours or your mate's name?
then you link your bank account to this new Paypla account and transfer a small sum from bank to this paypal account?
