What's this about I'am really confused Do I need to add a real bank? or can I add a vba if say I want to buy something? Will I have issues if I a ssn? can someone explain what all I need to do or add?

No, you don't need to add a SSN. You just need to add a US Bank account to withdraw funds.

You don't need SSN. it's not required. Just use a bank account and you'll be fine.

No. VBAs for US PayPal are worthless now. In order to buy items using paypal you will need to provide SSN. Or you can transfer funds to your bank account.

You an also set your own bank account as the source of funding for the account and use it to send payments.
Bottom line - you need to attach your own US based bank account in order to make use of the US paypal account now. No way around it.

It is very difficult if youre not from the us.
This makes it very difficult for non US users to operate a US based account.
For US users this has a far lesser impact.
