Using real PP on website with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ privacy policy?
 

I am in Germany and i am creating a website with some offers.
Privacy policy will not be in my name, some random name with non-german country.

I am thinking to use my real PP for this. I wont scam anyone or something, just dont want the site to be in my name (privacy policy mistakes are extremely expensive if a lawyer see it).

Is this possible? I can say that i am "working" with the site as a partner.
I think stealth paypal with all exchanges is too much work, so i thought to use my own paypal.
