"Paypal is looking for you" means that PayPal is angry at you for something and they are literally looking for you. Best to keep your doors locked and windows closed.... :behindsofa:

Seriously though, we had some other posters report the same thing and I don't know what to quite make of this message other than it seems to be a thing only on non-USA PayPal accounts.

@ OP Paypal most likely doesn't like the IP you're using. These notices are almost always IP related.
