Everyone is differant.
I personally take every single dollar on every paypal account I log into. I never leave money in paypal. Other people leave at least a few sales worth. Some leave a few hundred dollars. I leave $0.00

The decision will soon be taken out of your hands since you wont be able to utilize the balance anyway so keeping anything in a non functioning balance is pointless. That's one of the only good things about the new way paypal are doing things.

Like Yankee said, don't be afriad to drain it as often as you like.

UNLESS you often need to refund people. Leave some for that, if you do.

You quoted the curreny as $ so pretty safe to assume it’s a US account.... if it’s not maybe let people know which counties PayPal your using ormpist the thread in the international PayPal section so everyone knows it’s for a non-US PayPal
