Receiving credit card payments

Hello forum, please assist me on this topic.
I have a website selling some products that are not eligible with PayPal policies(VISA and MC neither), however, I want to give my clients the option to pay with cards, and the first that came to my mind is stealth accounts. I have no experience with them, so please be constructive.
Orders are 200-400$ avg, and my idea is to have 10 accounts rolling, to be covered and not risk much getting blocked. Clients are satisfied, no chargebacks(less than 1%), so I can accumulate a few orders on one account, keep for few days not to be suspicious to PayPal and move them further/withdraw. But going thru some of the topics I see that PayPal can give some headache for sure, so I would like to hear your opinion/experience.

How are stealth accounts with receiving credit card payments to them?
What is the best way to withdraw(one that comes to mind is buying bitcoin here on the forum) the funds?
What else should I consider?
Any info is more than appreciated! Considering partnership offers as well(percentage base/fixed price per acc/whatever)

assuming you are not banned by Paypal,I would think unless someone reports you or Paypal bot poked around and find out the category you are selling,or your account is reviewed by a human being/
or someone open a dispute with Paypal and Paypal staff is asked to review the case

I will not connect PayPal API. I did this some time ago and got blocked after a few transfers, probably by the bot.
What about withdrawal?
