Would we be able to pay using paypal after the claim it feature?

I understand that we won't be able to spend money on paypal using balance but would we be able to pay using a credit card or bank account linked to the paypal? I need to pay my suppliers and workers. How will I pay them now?

Yeah, you should still be able to pay from the above, but not your balance on paypal although there have been some rumors starting that paying for ebay fees might also be possible. We shall wait and see...

I have my savings account linked to my PayPal, can I use that to pay or would I need a checking account to send payment to other users?

As long as paypal can withdraw money from there then you should be able to.

WHy do you want to pay your suppliers and workers with Paypal?

You can easily pay them with check or cash or money order, wire transfer, anything but Paypal

I'd even go as far as to say that it's much better to do that than pay using PayPal.

I had an ebay payment withdrawn from my claim it money. My paypal does not have a bank attached and the card has zero balance on it, so ebay only had one way to get that money.

Its seems this claim it and the conditions surrounding the use of the existing balance in the paypal account are not very stable yet.
Im betting this will change after Mar 29th with the update to the 'cash account' feature which I think is their way of standardizing things and making sure all accounts are affected uniformly by these new policies.
Time will tell.
