Paypal ,inkfrog account and suspended Ebay

Hello Senior Members ,
I have question here my two accounts on ebay have been suspended now i am going to start with Stealth account.I have two uncapped Business verified Paypal accounts . which was connected to one to each

1) Can i use my verified and uncapped paypal accounts with stealth or that would link stealth account with my suspended account ?
2) Can i use inkfrog ? i mean i was using inkfrog to maanage my suspended account can i use same inkfrog with stealth account ?
3) I also read in forum Exif Data should i reupload all images for stealth account with EXIF data removed ?
4) Also if some senior seller have Aged account with Good limits please ping me too i am willing to buy account too . Thanks

Yes, you'll have no problems using InkFrog and it's a great service for managing multiple accounts and your listings. I've been using them for several years and haven't had any problems with linking accounts.
