 New Paypal accounts And Security Phone
Is it normal for new paypal accounts to be unable to send Fnf even after verifying SSN/EIN and dob etc? It asked to verify by phone but it immediately blocks it and says to contact customer service. I can transfer to bank... But can't add a new bank, so the virtual while that would work, it won't let me add a new one. I emailed paypal CS to see if there is any solutions, i can't even pay a money request.... Of note, i had to originally upload a phot id, as there was a soft identity limit. Which was removed after uploading doc...
On a different paypal account with no limitatons ever.. that is also a new one, it will allow me to send payments... and also transfer to bank, and add new bank.So it seems like some sort of specific limit to this particular account. Any strategy suggestions? Maybe try debit withdraw? Or just toss it? I am seeding this account with low transactions so it isn't a huge loss if i have to toss it.
