eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

So It is only March and I have only sold $1500 and paypal is asking for tax documents, I have no intentions of going over 15,000 for the year. The last time they asked for tax info on an account with $200 of sales, I turned in an EIN and they immediately asked for a ton of documents on the EIN company, so that doesn't seem to be an option.

So now to the question, how long can I continue to receive money on that account before they limit me. My ssn and my wifes ssn have already been used on banned accounts. I will sweep the account and only keep $50 in it. Any advice would be appreciated.

How many sales have you made?

My accounts are getting the first request around 150 sales. Then second warning request around 165-170.

About 10 sales after that and I get limited.

even if it gets limited, they dont freeze the funds you just cant accept any more.

Stealth account is good for awhile,Paypal and Ebay will just catch up .
why were you and your wife banned?

Selling trademarked items, LOL, I got her banned, but I was making $100 a sale profit so it is hard not to sell those. Make 25k and was happy paying taxes on that, she made like 20k so we cleared 45 k profit and after numerous warnings ebay banned us and then of course paypal did too.

When you open a stealth account I find that if you do a few sales and then convert to a professional PayPal account with an EIN, bank account and business debit card they do not ask for any more verification.

Same stuff, but only 20% of listings and only list on Friday afternoon and ends Monday. So far so good.

I have 5 ebay accts and rotate sales, but this acct with the tax request has a core group that buy weekly from me.
