Prepaid Gift Card Questions + Address Confirmation
 

So here's my problem:
I need to confirm my address to use the Paypal plugin; and I have to use a credit card with a billing address that matches my mailing address. In this case, a VCC would not work because it has no billing address, and it wouldn't match up with the mailing address. Also in this case, Paypal would not send an expuse code simply because it's the paypal plugin. So if the addresses don't match, the credit card is immediately rejected.

I looked around the forum and I think I found the solution :simon gift account

1. Can you attach a billing address to a simon gift account, and will Paypal recognize the billing address attached to it?

2. Does Paypal still accept simon gift accounts?

When u register the VCC you use the same house number & zipcode. Then you enter it into paypal. It matches...

Simon VCC right?

Because when I purchased a mastercard VCC from someone at another forum it didn't work.

Well thanks, sorry for being so skeptical because I can't afford to waste anymore money on getting my Paypal plugin to work.

PM sent i got a vcc that will work i used it when i used the plug-in in the past before the scumbags started makeing people give them a ssn :mad:
