New Claim It Feature

When I Click "Claim it", 3 options appears
1. Transfer to Bank
2. Leave it in PP
3. Get a debit to spend your money
I'm on a new stealth account account, it doesn't say the money's on hold from my sales. When I click the second option they do ask for my SSN. So if I don't give them my SSN will I still be able to transfer money to my bank account
