Experience with withdrawing Paypal to Transferwise?
 

I friend of mine talked to Paypal and got this answer.

"However, this is not to say that PayPal approves of the practice 100%. Here’s what they said when I asked them about it:

If the system allows you to add this bank, you can use it, but also PayPal does not take responsibility in case of missing funds during withdrawals, as we cannot communicate with virtual banks in order to locate missing transactions etc.

We usually do not advise merchants to add Virtual Banks/ Cards, but technically you can if you wish."

Does someone have experience with this practice?
Under stealth also? :spy:

Look like a good option as I want to receive and keep different currencies.

Won't work for a long time.
From my experience it works for a few payments, sometimes just one and your transferwise account will be closed.

Transferwise can't see PayPal account holder name and they will block your account because of that.
Also it's explained in their TOS.

It will work for US accounts with US Transferwise bank account attached.

Other, I mean GBP or EUR bank account from transferwiee won't work for a long.

It's just hit or miss, some day some transaction will lead to your TW account being banned.

Yes, it's against their terms, once they detect, be prepared that they will close your account without any warning.
Sometimes it will work for a few payments, sometimes just need one payment, all depends when and how you will trigger their security system.

Whatever bank you use, it's always BEST to use the same name. Anything else is just a risk with 50/50 chance of success.
