Adding newly bought VBA not working
 

I am trying to add a VBA into my stealth Paypal. I bought this VBA from a website. Getting following error:

We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now.

Before that I had a VBA attached to Paypal but it was removed by them once they tried to take money from it. Here's the message I received from Paypal at that time:

What happened is I always chose my balance to pay but at that time don't know what happened may be I clicked the wrong linked and Paypal tried to take it from VBA.

My question is, the new VBA I bought is not being added due to scam because I suspect that website sold me ⊗⊗⊗⊗/already used VBA or it is due to the above problem where they removed bank account from my Paypal once?

Yeah, you most likely got scammed.

Yeah looks like lesson learned. Three red flags:

1. He was selling it for $8 while the lowest I have seen is around $10+
2. I chat with him on Skype and he was in a hurry......said that I need to hurry to pay...VBA is ready......do it quickly bla bla
3. I placed order on his website and the order email is order@SOMEDOMAIN.com and guess what.....when I replied back to that email with error screenshot, the email returned saying this account doesn't exist

I will wait a few more hours because he said he will be back in 4 hours to give him time before I will plaster about his website in all kinds of forums and review sites.

Yeah that's what I did as he messaged me later on. And also gave me valid email address. Let's see what happens.

He gave me a new VBA (which was SAVINGS again) and it didn't work. Then he gave me instant verification checking account but that didn't work either. Guy was very helpful and I gave him TeamViewer access and he tried to solve the issue but no luck. It seems Paypal has set some kind of flag on my account and the only way to remove it is to call them which I cannot do as it is a stealth account.
I am not sure if adding VCC will help either.

I'm sure he'll just go ahead and make a new website.

In short, you shouldn't part cash with random sites/sellers online.

A lot of these scammers re-sell the same info to more than one person, so adding it to the PP will result in problems like this. Buyer beware.

Yes there is a possibility but I feel he was legit. He remained online on Skype with me for more than hour trying to solve the issue.

The issue with this industry at times is that there's almost no legit and reliable places to get "stuff".

This forum is the original stealth and it's the one and extremely few safe place to get "stuff".

I just hope that people will realize how valuable this place is.

I understand your point of view. The only way to confirm if he is legit or not is to buy another VBA from here and try it. If that one also doesn't work then something is wrong with my account. But this will require me to fork another $12+ :(

where is PK?
PAYPAL does not do business in Pakistan.
You said you have fund in your Paypal account but Paypal chose to use your bank account instead of PAYPAL fund,it could be your fund has not cleared yet.
Paypal also does not do business with virtual banks,it must be a brick and mortar bank.

Yeah Paypal doesn't work here. I am only using it for small payments like domain, hosting, VPS and Facebook ads payment. Most of the time bitcoin works fine but in some cases like FB and XBox the only options are CC (which I don't have) and Paypal so I use this account. The maximum I keep in this account is $50. Only once I received around $500 from someone I don't know. I don't check this email frequently so I came to know about it after about 2 weeks. I thought it's some kind of new scam. I emailed the guy and turns out I once sold him bitcoins so that's why he had my email. He was trying to send it to someone else and while doing copy/paste or due to auto fill send it to me. I refunded him the amount.

VCC is to verify your account.

Bank is to confirm and withdraw money.

Actually I was using VBA to verify my account and I am thinking of VCC for the same purpose. I have no intention to transfer money out because like I said I use it for small payments. But even if it is required I am sure I will find someone in whose account I can transfer and then receive payment in bank (I know such services are available for a fee)
