Every payment is now pending
 

Ive had this PP account receiving payments for a particular product for around 7 months now (first payment was 9 months) . I surpassed the 3 months, and got instant payments for a while, until i got every single payment is now held, which has been going on for 2 months consecutively because of a higher risk of customer dissatisfaction.

I went on to live chat, and he said the only thing was a manual review which would take 24 hours. Now i wouldnt want a manual review so i played it like i was angry and would phone them right away.

When would the holds disappear, if ever? I have waaay surpassed the 90 days, and every payment is on hold.

If you've been getting more disputes and bad feedback, this will happen.
Sometimes it'll take 1-2 weeks for it to go back to normal, sometimes it can even take 3 months.

Sometimes, it will be reset to 3months or longer.
Just maintain to have no issues with your sales, faster shipments, etc.
And sometimes, it's on the items you listed - high risk items usually get holds by PayPal.

No holds are never guaranteed. Even on my legitimate account prior to ebay suspension, I had a bad spell of dissatisfied customers and paypal wanted to put a hold on payments. It never happened to me, but I was warned about it in writing.

eBay has stopped putting payments on hold on my main account, but PayPal still does, although I sell high priced items so I'm not suprised, it'll probably take a few more weeks before I get instant payments there aswell.
