Hello there! Could you please give advice on US Bank account which is easy to sign up to (like 5-10 mins) and it has no problems with being added to paypal?

Most banks are easy to sign up for so as long as you visit a branch in person. If you do it online, it's a bit more complicated due to recent federal regulations in place.

Stop withdrawn to bank account . It may take up to 24 hours transfer . And PayPal may hidden check and cancelled it . You never know .
Recommend is transfer to your debit card . It's instant one second in your bank account . And fund can't recover since money sitting in your bank account :)

1.First i add my debit card to PayPal and cash out
2.I remove my card immediately after confirm and saw money in my bank account
To void account limit and you can't remove any bank or card linked

You can change billing address of your card to match with any PayPal by login to your bank account and change it
Name is either ( No need to change name )

He is saying he linked his bank debit card to his Paypal account,using the card to withdraw his Paypal fund and then after it reaches his bank account,he removed the card.
if his PAYPAL fund is clean,all he has to do is pay a small fee for using his bank debit card vs ACH which is slower but free.
Unless he is not tellling us something?
