Hey guys what is the best way to make a stealth PayPal? I tried mobile data on my phone but i got limited and i cant chage my ip. Please comment below :help:

Most mobile data IPs are dynamic.

Have you tried enabling and disabling flight mode to see if the IP changes?

If you got limited right away, it would probably more than just an IP issue. It's most likely a strong link to an existing suspended PayPal account.

You need to read the stealth guide. It covers how to avoid such forms of linking.

Does the stealth guide tell you what vcc works with paypal and ebay? Just curious

I cant remember to be totally honest, I've read it a while ago. But if you ask on this forum i'm sure people will point you in the right direction.

Also you can purchase VCCs from the forum marketplace.

Yes i tried airplane mode and still same IP. Seems like my carrier is different than others lol

No one is forcing you. NONE of us make any money from the guide.

We'll help, but we are not going to hold your hand like a baby if you don't do your own homework specially when the guide is there for people who needs to learn how to walk.

But the question is... do you even know the questions you need to ask in the order they need to be addressed?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you didn't mean to come across badly in that post.

That $20 will answer all your questions and more. It's the best investment you will ever make if you're serious about selling on eBay or paypal.

THere's plenty of VCC sellers in the marketplace that guarantee the VCC will work, just contact the one you feel more comfortable with.

If it's a used tracphone and the prior owner had the ebay or paypal app on the phone then it's not good. Other then that...get the guide. I use tracphones all the time and never had issues with accounts. Ya always gotta use data when logging in to either account. I dont think anybody wants to go back n forth tryin to get every detail of how ya set up the account and whatnot. This is why ya need a guide to get ya where ya need to be so if and when theres an issue it can be narrowed down to somethin more specific
