Paypal reviewing dispute for 40 days
 
Why would paypal possible need to review a case for 40 days?
Buyer says item was not delivered. All they need to do is check tracking which shows it was delivered. Ive never had this happen. I called in and the guy could not do anything except tell me the generic bull**** that its being reviewed bla bla bla. Um, What is there is to review buddy.
