UK prepaid cards for paypal
 

Hi,

I have been looking through the forums and all the topics are quite old so can you let me know if prepaid cards like "pockit" still work as in you can add the card to paypal?

Also do you know if it will be an issue if the registered address on the card is different to the one to the one I have on PayPal?

Finally, if anyone has any better suggestions on what prepaid cards to use that will get the job done whilst avoiding the address issue would be great.

What will you be using the card for?

If you're not going to buying things with it, I'd suggest that you just buy a VCC and avoid all the address trouble. There are ones sold on this forum's marketplace that are non-AVS, meaning that any address that you choose will be accepted.

I need the card so I can make purchases via paypal but I will not be using the card for money rather my paypal balance.

If you still think a non-AVS is the best way forward and will work with a uk account please let me know.

Out of interest would something like pockit prepaid card work or would the address cause issues?

Yes, in that case you can just get a VCC.

I personally haven't tried Pockit but those types of cards generally will only work with the registered address.

is there someone on this forum you have used before that you know the card will work for the UK that you can recommend?
