I ordered a driver's license from someone recommended on this forum. When putting in the information I was not aware I needed to include a 9 digit zip code or a full middle name. I only put the middle initial in the information and a 5 digit zip code. I learned after I received my files and comparing them to online drivers licenses that I needed the 9 digit zip code and the full middle name. I emailed the creator and told them this and asked them to redo it. I'm kinda of aggravated because I feel like these details should be known to someone who creates ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents as a business and I paid extra for expedited service and will now have to wait longer for my ID.
I got an email back from the creator with the excuse "But I used the information you provided" Well yeah, but I didn't know I needed a 9 digit zip code or full middle name at the time.
My question is will a drivers license with a middle initial and a 5 digit zip code pass PayPal scrutiny and is it unreasonable for me to ask for this to be corrected?

You should also check if they are using the old template. I always check my creative docs vs the real docs, just to be sure.
I believe you can just request for an edit, but the creator may or may not charge you for that 'extra' service as it's not their fault.
I doubt the lack of a middle name/initial is going to be that big of a deal. There are many people without a middle name, and only have a given first+last name.
I do agree with the OP tho, some states have a 9 digit zip code format, and others use 5 digits. It's up to the document provider to ensure they are following the correct format.
The 9 digit zip code is an easy fix. Just google "The last 4 numbers of zip code for address 1234 whatever st." I've done it several times. Its easy to locate that info on google. Each address has its own 4 numbers attached to zip code. Hope this helps.
