New stealth ebay.
Hello all.
Long story short. I have linked my paypal account(verified with my credit card) to an old ebay account(not mine), and now i need a new paypal account for my ebay account(which is never linked with a paypal account before). How do i do that?
I know that i need new ip and new adress. But i dont know if i can use my name again.
I got a new credit card on different bank but i'm afraid to verify paypal with it because they will get my name from the transaction they make.
Will they not see that i'm the same person with 2 different bank accounts?
How should i proceed?
