Default Having to start over

Well after 5 years of having business ebay account I was shut down due to below standard seller level, even though I was told by two ebay reps that I would have time to raise the level by not having anymore canceled sales, this month alone I had 7 successful sales but I was still restricted from selling.

I even went as far as emailing the CEO only to be told that they weren't overturning the decision. But I digress, Over a year ago I made another ebay account and paypal (Stealth info of course) which I haven't used to this day. I log into it sometimes but not one transaction has been done.

So my question is, do I run a few transactions through ebay then later upgrade to a business account? I'm aware I'll need a new EIN but what's the most safest way to do this? I haven't had the need for a business PayPal for a long time so I'm not too fresh on how to do properly do this. Will I also need to incorporate? Or will the EIN suffice? I also recently opened a postal annex which I haven't used on ebay or paypal so ill just use that as my new address. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You won't need to incorporate but an LLC won't hurt. If your not selling that much i see no need to upgrade.

Just keep it as a personal account until you build up the numbers. Slow and steady.

Another reason they said was because of the items i was selling, and i had someone make me some invoices but i guess they didn't like them. I was selling laptops , But i had done some in the past I'm not sure why i was picked. But oh well. Nothing really to do. I'll see what i can do with this account
