Sending money from PP to PP in US using VCC
 

Need 2 type solution for USA PP..

I have opened a PP account in USA and verifying it with VBA and VCC (purchased)..now I have earned some money through a affiliate website and got it in PP account now I want to send that dollar from my PP account to one of my friend PP account (USA) but while attempting to send, PP ask me to use the card, which I linked earlier but the card does support such feature thus I could not send money. :pout:

Is there any CC, that I can purchase to solve the issue?

Actually, in my country PP not supported but a PP money transfer service XOOM is supported, is there way that I can transfer money from PP to my country Bank account?

You need to provide an SSN if you want to transfer balance to another account. There is no other way around this.

If you don't have a US bank account or SSN, your money is trapped. You should have looked into this before you created a US account.

OP is not in USA,he is in BD,whatever BD is.
where is BD?
IF your bank issues a VISA card and it is a member of VISA europe,try to transfer to your bank account using its VISA card

To "agent006140", BD is bangladesh, located in south asia surrounded by india.

look, i have opened a PP account last year around june/july and added a only VBA (purchased) to verify it then i can send transfer to USA PP (which i lost) without any issues.

that time i did not see any "claim it" option but now it can be seen.

so, solution need as, i need to send PP money to another PP account inside USA. how can i do it without SSN? is there any VCC/VBA, i can purchase to accomplish my purpose?

The answer is the same as before: no.

There was plenty of notice given to all existing account holders before the changes actually took effect. You should have been prepared.

The long and short answer is - YOU CANNOT. There is no VBA or VCC that fix this situation.
Without adding DOB+SSN verification that account is dead in the water. No way around it. End of story.

You have to withdraw the money to "somewhere".

This is what you need to figure out as an international user using a USA account.

He means to a bank account. That's your only option without an SSN.
