PayPal block my purchases .here we go again
 

Hello l I opened a new account PayPal about 2 weeks ago to use it exclusively for purchase mostly an eBay ,but I have to attempt a lot of time to purchase the same item then is pending and is fall or I have message that say sorry we can't process your payment.
I called many times PayPal to argue with them they can't say what is exactly they say maybe are verifying or there is a limit or the cards are not working but that they are fine 2 payooners and 1 post prepaid.
I think is not normal that I try so many times to buy even items of1€ and they keep them pending for 4-5 hours and doing so waste my time also
Did it happen to you as well ? Can be a block that make PayPal or what else?

I share with you my best solution when use paypal buy lot of from eBAY
1.Creat 5 - 10 user in one laptop
2.Creat new eBay and use each ebay/each User windows
3.You can use one good paypal ( NOT LIMIT ) on all user windows / all ebay

One user windows / one ebay purchase around 5 - 10 item day

Don't login 2 ebay in same user windows

It is a prepaid card MasterCard that they give at the post office

This PayPal account is good but I can't even use on 1 user
I got use to buy a lot of things on eBay also, since PayPal did not suspend the previous

Payoneer cards work just fine with PayPal. Stop spreading misinformation.

I know that, but only Payoneer cards were mentioned in this thread. That guy thinks he's an expect on things which he actually knows nothing about and never seems to read posts properly.
