credit card unrecognized

I have on my personal account 5 card but when i try pay paypal said link payment method.
looks like card unrecognized? or glitch? card added over 1 year ago..

what is LT,WHICH BANKS ISSUE THESE CARDS?
ARE THEY MASTER CHARGE,VISA?

its Australia PayPal account and there is 5 different bank card.

did you open an account based in Australia while you reside in a different country?

if you are in Lithuania and you open a paypal account saying you are in Australia,you can only link Australian bank and if American expatriate,US bank.
Credit cards/debit cards issued by Lithuania would not work in Australia
