4 months after paypal attempts TWO pulls from my bank!
 

All is still good today.

I also haven't been selling on it since. just some direct invoicing. knock on wood.

How did this happen?

Normally PayPal will only pull from your bank if you initiate a transfer to refund and there are insufficient funds in your account.

I've had this happen a couple times on a stealth account and surely thought the account would be toast due to the name mismatch. In those cases nothing ever became of it.

I have instructed my banks to place blocks on all my savings accounts which only allow deposits- all ACH withdrawal attempts will be declined. Most banks will do this for you, but you have to ask.

if they cant access your bank or NSF,then they turn around and charge your credit card,
