Question about 180 day paypal limitation

Does anybody know how often you get your funds early? Or if you may get your funds early? I'm asking this because last time my funds were ready to withdraw a month early. I'm hoping the same thing happens here there's probably no way of knowing or predicting but I figured I would still ask any ways.
