I'm almost afraid to ask but ....
 

I am completely new here and while learning bit by bit I am struggling to understand the EU limits question

As I understand it - once you have money going through a Paypal account you have to provide ID of some description. Can someone please walk me through what happens and how it is resolved? Is it just a question of uploading suitable documentation to the Paypal servers? And does this take a while to resolve?

Also (there is always an also isn't there?) If I have a legit Ebay/Paypal account selling supplies can I use a stealth account to buy from that site and not add a bank account?

Sorry if these are stupid questions but this is a whole new all game for me. I am planning on buying accounts from one of the sellers and I am just trying to get my head around it all rather than waste time, money and peoples goodwill

First, get the stealth guide if you don't already.

Regarding the EU limits, once you reach roughly £1600 in sales on that PP, they will email you saying you've come close to the EU limit, then at around £1800, your account will be limited until you provide:

X1 ID doc (passport, driving licence)
X1 Proof of address (Utility bill, phone bill)

Sellers on the forum can help you out

I'm not too sure about the bank account to purchase though

And regarding buying supplies from your legit ebay paypal using your stealth. It's risky.

If paypal limit your stealth paypal for whatever reason, they might link it to your legit paypal and you will then lose your legitimate paypal account as well. So why bother ? just create a new bank account and keep it totally seperate from your legitimate paypal. Although it may work if you do it like ONCE a month or something.
