Stealth limited...need to provide docs
 

My stealth account just got limited. Message is below. I need help as account is stealth and no id. I have invoices from my suppliers but some of them are old. Do i need to include proof of payment with these invoices as stated by paypal in the email. Any help is appreciated. I could not use account to send money, as it was limited since i did not provide social but ein. I only receive and withdraw

In a recent review, the following activities were observed on your PayPal Account:
Your payment volume has shown significant increase.
 
-Valid copy of your proof of identity (Driver's license Or Passport)

-Copy of any invoices from your suppliers for the merchandise sold. An invoice is an original bill of sale referencing where you purchased or acquired the items you are selling along with the name and phone number of your supplier. *Note: We can't accept Pro Forma invoices as valid unless accompanied by proof of payment.

it said it only wants proof of payment if the invoice is proforma.
if you cant produce driver license and passport,can you still withdraw fund to your bank account.

I could withdraw before but not currently with the limitation. Also does my invoice need to show stealth business name and address? Or do they not care about this? Items show to be shipping from my zipcode, not sure it this matters.
