US PayPal Stealth Withdrawal Options After March 29th - Subaccounts - Debit Card
 

My understand is the after the March 29th policy update you will not be able to spend your PayPal balance or send the balance to Friends and Family unless you do an ID verification.

I believe bank sub accounts will be an option. Can anyone share which banks they have used in the past successfully that have allowed PayPal Transfers with a name mismatch?

I also believe instant debit card withdrawal could be an option as long as the zip code matches on the AVS and the card is not a prepaid card being a debit card linked to a checking account. Name mismatch is not an issue with this method as after testing Paypal only checks the zip. Can anyone share which banks debit cards they have used in the past successfully that have allowed PayPal Instant Debit Card Transfers?

You should be asking what bank do have name mismatch issues. I've never had a name issue at ANY bank. Chase, BOA, Capital one, Well Fargo, Flag bank, Etc. Capital One lets you make multiple checking and savings accounts with a few clicks.

Remember, savings accounts can only do 6 withdrawals per month. So if you pay for shipping or refunds out of the account, you will be in trouble.

he can withdraw more than 6 times,he just have to pay a fee

If you do too much withdraws with savings accounts, some banks will ask you to switch the account over to a checking account or might even close it. Becareful with too much savings withdraw.

But it's only natural for people to use checking accounts for business.... right...?
