Are Prepaid MasterCards no longer supported

Each time I try to link my a prepaid Master Card I get this error message " We can't complete this right now". I tried different master cards in different accounts and all have the same problem.

When I try to link a prepaid Visa, the card is added immediately without any issue.

anyone else having difficulties linking their master cards?
